Thanks for the shout out, Mate! I am having so much fun doing this, but I am so slow to research. Thank goodness I have until March 12th to research New Zealand. We have already had 2 New Zealand meals, though, and I do not know anything about the country. Now that I know lots of people will be joining me on my Blog, I have got to get on top of things!
